This place did a spectacular 180! Management changed. When we were shown units they were either about to be remodeled or were in the process of it. The one we ended up getting had stained and smelly carpet but I was assured they would put in wood flooring instead by the time we move in! The outcome was beautiful! Maintenance is always helpful and quick! Been living here for a year and half!

Terrible Management. You will not be taken care of or heard if you rent here. We have lived here for 6 months and it has been God awful. If something breaks or you have an issue you will have a hard time getting a hold of management to fix the issue. They are never at the office. Please trust me and do not rent here. Look at all the reviews before you rent!

My name is Columbia. My family and I have lived at Mountain View apartments for a little over 2 years now. We live our apartment it is very nice inside. The neighborhood is not the best but not quit the worst either. The apartments were just bought by Trinity Multifamily and from my experience they are a very good management company. The previous management company, Real Property Management(RPM), was NOT however. RPM did not take good care of the property. There is always trash they slack on... keeping the ground clean and freshly cut. RPM does NOT carr about their tenants they only see them as a paycheck. For the first year I lived here I asked them to fix the A/C because it's was leaking in the hallway; when they finally got a good maintenance man who did his job correctly he was assaulted by a tenant and they did nothing! In the 2 years I have lived here there has been 3-4 different managers and maintenance men. I really hope that Trinity Multifamily does their job correctly and makes this property what I know it can be. I love my apartment and hope that things don't get worse outside of it or I will be forced move. Thank you!
