The house is located near The University of Arkansas main campus and Fayetteville, local grocery stores including Harp's Supermarket (7 mins), Walmart on campus (5 mins) and Razorback Greenway, Nature and Bike Trail which is located down the hill from my house about 2 minutes by foot.

Free Razorback Bus #26 to campus is located approximately 45 seconds from the house on foot.

Available for immediate occupancy are two private rooms each with a private exterior entrance.

The advertised room is located in the back the house and rents for $499 plus $150 for utilities. It is currently fully furnished with the surface sleeper, desk and chair, mini kitchenette sink and small appliances. it's interior door connects to a hallway which connects to the shared, full size bathroom with the laundry closet which is also shared. It's a private room with a shared full size bathroom and shared laundry closet.

The other much larger private room Is more expensive than the smaller one in the back, and it has two exterior entrances, one which is located in the front of the house, and the other which is located on the side deck near the door where the private room in the back is located, but each room has its own private entrance from the side deck of the house and they share a 24-ft by 16-ft side deck outside
