The Maintenance Team is very Exceptional. John , the personable and very talented Maintenance Team Manager , heads up an outstanding core of Maintenance Professionals. These people are awesome! Multi- talented Michael arrived this week at our apartment home to complete our recent work order. Our washer and dryer , that we pay for in our lease contract, as an additional amenity , were on the fritz. He had repaired the dryer a few days before. Both appliances probably needed new parts.( which we... understand are scarce in these Covid supply chain times). He announced that arrangements had been made and this complex was installing a brand new washer and dryer in our home. Shock and awe, folks!!!! We asked when. He told us , “whenever you wish it -today is good. The brand new appliances are outside in the hallway. “ Terrific Terrell and Michael removed our malfunctioning appliances while being courteous , kind and efficient, as usual. They installed and hooked up our brand new washer and dryer right then, two days ago. We could not be happier here. All of our maintenance issues are promptly taken care of well. If you enjoy Uber living, appreciate profound professionalism which is here in the entire Staff at the Pointe Apartments, luxury lifestyle amenities, friendly neighbors, and being respected and treated like a best friend, you will choose to move into The Pointe Apartments in Bentonville. Do not recommend
The apartments are poorly constructed and landscaped. There are issues with flooding/poor drainage when it rains. The apartments are located near farm fields and there is a strong smell of manure for most of the spring. The pool is beautiful but quite crowded on weekends with a lot of kids running around. Management is not always responsive and has a hard time enforcing complex policies such as cleaning up of dog poop. I would not recommend these apartments and there are similar quality of... apartments for a lower price.

The best place to live
This place is by far the best apartment complex in the NWA area. The management is incredibly friendly and work diligently to cater to the needs of all the residents. The amenities are bar-none and with social events planned weekly and all year long. It is sure to be a place you’ll never want to leave and family/friends will be dying to join in on the fun. Best value in all the area. I did my research too ?
