One of my biggest issues is the noise from my upstairs neighbors. They are constantly making noise, and it has made it extremely difficult to sleep and enjoy my own apartment. I have repeatedly brought this issue to the office, but I feel like my complaints are dismissed rather than taken seriously. Management has been unwilling to actually address the situation, leaving me to deal with it myself.

The rent and additional fees are another major issue. There are constantly additional fees added... onto the monthly rent, and the amount is never consistent from month to month. It makes it incredibly difficult to budget because you don’t always know what your actual monthly bill is going to be. For what residents are paying, I expect much more transparency and consistency with the charges.

The lack of pest control has also been extremely frustrating. We have dealt with spiders, including numerous spiders inside the apartment, as well as ticks, and the problem has been ongoing. These aren’t just an occasional bug here and there—we have repeatedly noticed and reported pest issues. When we bring these concerns to the office, we feel like we’re dismissed and not believed, rather than having someone properly investigate the situation or take meaningful action. It is incredibly frustrating and concerning to have to worry about spiders and ticks in and around your home while the office seems unwilling to acknowledge that there is a problem. If multiple residents are reporting pests, management should be taking those complaints seriously and actually addressing the source of the problem.

Parking is another huge problem. There are very limited convenient spaces, while a large portion of the parking is covered and requires an additional monthly fee. Coming home and having to search for a parking spot—or park far away and walk to my apartment—is incredibly frustrating.

The property also has issues with dogs being allowed to run around without leashes and owners not picking up after them. There is dog waste around the property.

Then there is maintenance. I’ve had service requests marked as “completed” when maintenance never even came inside my apartment. So the issue obviously wasn’t actually fixed. I have lived here for over 15 years they do not address noise complaints I've had to call the police several times and they do not respond or call back from the office.

I have experienced many complex during apartment life but Glen @ Polo has been the best around. The country gem is what I call it. It is quiet, secure, pet and kid friendly but we also have the pleasure of a man named Jody as the person who makes and keeps all of your needs met! This man is the best maintenance person.
