I enjoy living here because the apartment manager, Melissa is very courteous and takes ownership of any issues brought to her. The maintenence staff usually completes all repair requests in a timely manner, THE FIRST TIME they come in to fix a problem (unless parts need to be ordered etc.) Overall, I'd rate this apartment a 9/10

Three year resident here at Revive. Complex had a rough patch before I moved in and for a bit after. Then there was a new management team brought in with Melissa as focal point. Ever since then the service, the up keep, and attention to detail here to make life better for the residents has really stood out. It is quiet and relatively inexpensive here, plus with the added bonus of being right on the Benton/Bryant border with equal access to both cities. 5 stars definitatley recommend living... here.

Everyone here is so friendly once we get past the busyness of life. I enjoy watching all the different kinds of dogs being walked. Maintenance men are friendly and helpful and not condescending. Office staff are super friendly and great to talk to.
