Nice place to live if need to be close to ASU college. Neighbors are nice and the complex is quiet, no noise from the neighboring wall. The only real noise is the highway when outside. Which all depends on if you are facing 67/167. The inner courtyard is quiet. The only bad thing is the pet areas. The grass is higher than normal, to prevent stickers, if pet has allergies to grass, it is a problem. The pool is nice and the fitness room is a plus. There is also a tanning bed, the stand up kind,... that works great. The rent is not bad for a 1 or 2 bed, up or downstairs choice. Water, electric, cable and internet are the only other bills to pay, which are not as high as expected for an apartment. Check it out soon, the apartments go pretty fast.
