I have enjoyed living at Skylar for the past 2 years. Morgan and Quincey are awesome and always make sure that everything is taken care of. New management has been amazing at upkeep on the property and all my maintenance repairs are completed the same day. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I've been here 4 years, and it's a good place. New management have been cleaning up, repainting, pressure washing and generally upgrading the property. I haven't had many maintenance issues, but the ones I've had were taken care of promptly. I have nice neighbors and no problems with noise. Office staff are friendly and helpful with any issues I've had.

Anytime I have a problem with my apartment, they always get it fixed that day, but that’s rarely the case. Hardly have any problems.

The management and maintenance are great! I have referred several of my friends and they love living here as well. If you need somewhere that is quiet and spacious I definitely recommend living at Skylar.

This not the place if you want peace of mind. Few points I'll touch on... watch your billing accounts cause they'll add charges without notice, Roach infestation and bed bugs, I had to hire an exterminator and get rid of all my furniture even though you pay for that service through your rent. Mind you apartment was not cleaned properly before move in so I did it myself. Ceiling leaked and I stayed on the bottom floor management made it seem like it was my fault my tvs were damaged but I was not... compensated for that. Amd management will turn on you real quick.
