Very loud music at the pool that I can hear and feel from inside my apartment at 7:30pm and still going strong. Apartment floods and still have not heard management plans to stop it despite assurances that I would hear back shortly but that's been over a week maybe two.

Good area, close to a lot of places. Probably the best city schools in Tuscaloosa! The staff is good and tries to look out for the best interest of the community. The new maintenance manger is a great addition.

I have just moved in and would agree that all pet owners need to do a better job of cleaning up after their pets. I have a dog and bring a bag out every time to clean up after her. The apartment was a little dirty when I moved in, but overall a good experience. Office personnel have been nice and answered my questions.
