In the past month, the management has done a great job at making sure the residents are cleaning up after their pets. There seems to be a lot less dog poop everywhere.

If I could give them zero stars I would. While the apartments are decent and the location is convenient, the management is awful. They are nice when you talk to them but they’ll cheat you of everything. If you ever need repairs, they would come in and pretend they fixed things and mark it as “resolved”. But especially with heating and A/C, they would never bother to pay to fix things. They once came in to fix my flooring without my asking and everything was covered in dust and my clothing was... damaged. And when I called them in to show how all my kitchen was covered in a thick layer of dust, they were like “what’s the big deal?”! I have moved out but beware! You won’t be getting back any deposits. Just document everything over email. Because if you speak to them in person or over the phone, they’ll change their story. And don’t believe the recent 5 stars. Been here for a fewyears now and its gotten better these past few months with the addition of staff that cares. Wish the noise from upstairs neighbors was handled better. Maybe carpet the apartments upstairs would help dampen some of it? I think there should be a price break on longer term residence instead of raising rent prices on every renewal...reward loyal residence with lower rent prices each renewal. Or at least the same...raising rent in the complex without any additional additions or... addons to the community doesn't make sense. Like what is the added money going? My rating has gone down since the last time I submitted a review because it seems that management is doing nothing to fix the problem that is people not cleaning up after their dogs. I have seen, on multiple occasions, dog poop sitting just a few feet from where poop bags are located. I have even seen dog poop on the sidewalk. It’s quite frustrating when a simple and easy task goes undone out of laziness of neighbors.

I’ve been here for 4 years now. Management has changed about that many times as well. There were times it was just awful but the new manager is really changing thing and making them better. I’ve consistently been so pleased. She’s a keeper. I know it was a lot to come in and fix this place up but somehow she’s managed to continually make improvements where prior managers claimed their hands were tied. Also Maitnence is amazing.
