If I could leave zero stars, I would. The property management here has shown a total lack of organization, accountability, and basic consideration for their residents. Terrible Scheduling: They set the official move-in date literally the day before university classes start, creating a massive logistical nightmare for out-of-state students driving hours to get here. Inconsistent & Misleading Communication: Calling their office is a waste of time. Every time you speak to someone, you get a... completely different story. They gave conflicting information regarding move-in procedures, failed to process requests submitted months in advance, and then brushed off the issue when confronted. Dismissive Customer Service: Instead of taking responsibility for their staff giving out incorrect information, management acts completely nonchalant and defensive because the headache doesn't affect them personally. Setting up students for chaos right before the semester starts while refusing to provide consistent answers is irresponsible and scammy. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for housing.

August 18th was... the established move-in date for this lease term, and our staff worked diligently to make the process as organized as possible for the large number of residents arriving. However, we acknowledge that during this high-volume turnover period, you may have received inconsistent information. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or added stress this caused you.
Please know that our management team takes your concerns about staff communication and customer service very seriously. We are actively reviewing our procedures to ensure we provide a more seamless experience during our busy turnover seasons.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Parents this is an absolute nightmare. They will over charge you and not respond. Finding a needle in a haystack is easier than reaching any adult that works in billing and you will need them because you will be constantly overcharged. I was charged from other rooms after they had moved out and my son never stayed in any other room but the same one he moved into after leaving the freshman dorm. Please parent do not send you child there no matter the hype or the way they dress it up .

This place has been great!
The cottages have been nothing but great so far! I've been here a year now and any issues get resolved quickly and sometimes before I even know they exist! Amenities are fantastic as well!
