Woodlands
It’s the worst place in Tuscaloosa , I sow a lot of problems in this apartment . One month ago I heard gun shots in this place .

One word: awful.
I have lived here for two years now and I hate it. My first year wasn’t great, but I heard stories about other places and I didn’t want to move my things. When I moved in the place was trashed. They tried to tell me that they had been cleaned yet there was still pee in my toilet with toilet paper. They made my roommates move my items out of my room to replace carpet without prior knowledge (turned out they recarpeted the wrong room). They continually lie about things and when you ask them to do... what they said they would they say they are unable to do so and don’t know why I thought that would be done. Plus there are cockroaches that they say they took care of yet the issue keeps getting worse (and this is with having a clean apartment). I 100% recommend renting a house or living literally anywhere else.

The Woodlands
The Woodlands are an excellent apartment complex for students. Not only does it have the typical amenties like a swimming pool, pool table, ping pong tables, volleyball nets, and gym. It also has a computer room, a movie theather, coffee shop, and transportation to and from campus. The Woodlands are located in the heart of the town. Close to campus, many local shops, and restaurants. No matter where you are trying to go you can get there in 10 minutes or less.

Worst housing in tuscaloosa
Live anywhere but here. They have the highest crime rate in ttown. Maintenance takes at least a month and 3 follow up calls to get them to come out. The only time they will do anything is when you call them out on social media. Their roommate matching is also the worst, I don't think they even look at your preferences they will lie and do anything to get you to sign a lease and once they have you trapped they aren't willing to do anything! DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
