Apartments listed as “renovated.” Sure, if this means uneven slabs, bubbling floors, uneven paint and paint drops all around the baseboards of the apartment, and painted over electrical box. Only thing that seems new is the appliances. Upon move in, knobs we’re missing, cable cords lying everywhere, dusty, not impressed. Gaps in door frames so pests are an issue. Was told the parking spot numbers would be repainted when I moved in, never happened. Parked in an unmarked spot and had a blue notice... put on my car that it would be towed.
Had a leak in January from upstairs neighbors. Significant water damage. Maintenance painted over it rather than assessing the damage and repairing the walls as needed.
Had pest control come by unannounced, maintenance must have let them in. Belongings left out everywhere while I was at work.
Pool isn’t maintained and looks atrocious. Mailboxes are in poor condition.
