After visiting and touring nine other facilities in the area this complex far exceeded my expectations of what I was looking for. Not only do you get very spacious apartment layouts for the price you also get some great amenities such as a large pool that is always clean, a high-tech fitness center has all the recent equipment that you need, and being pet friendly. I have been here six months and I love it and will definitely be renewing my lease. The staff here is amazing as they are very... pleasant with their residence and is always willing to resolve any issues or concerns, you may be having as a definitely want their residence to be happy and to enjoy where they live. When it comes to maintenance those issues are resolved very fast such as when my refrigerator stopped working they were here within an hour on a Saturday night to resolve the issue. The extra things that this complex does is regular food trucks during the week, collection of food and gifts to give back to the community, and regular contest that they give the opportunity for their residence to participate in and things set up in the office, such as treats for your dogs, a hot cocoa bar, and a gift wrapping station that is all free of charge. The district is a wonderful apt to stay at with lovely amenities and fast response time from maintenance team. I rarely have issues with my apt ,but when I do maintenance is always on it and they make submitting a request simple with the portal! If I ever do have to call down to the office though the office staff is always very nice and attentive. Special shout outs to Madison and Ashley they are the best! I stay in the 3 bd 3 bath just for reference and my space is big enough for our family of... 6 counting our fur baby! I work from home and I have no issues with hearing my neighbors or any outside noises bleeding into my apt and my biggest worry of smelling other people food doesn’t exist here. We’ve been here almost 2 years after moving from out of state and the community lives up to the hype! They’ve made adjusting to the area a smooth process and we love that it gives us an “out of town” feel, without being too far from in town! Thank you for being great The District Staff!

I love living here in The District. The Community is nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. I've been here for a little over a year and I love it. The sizing of the rooms are very adequate. We have a wonderful maintenance team of any issues do arise and the office staff is amazing!

It’s an amazing leaving environment, there’s always something good coming for us to enjoy it. The employees have been doing an amazing job constantly. I appreciate being part of this family
