Rats and roaches. Leasing office person was replaced 3 times during 8 months. No emergency maintenance for 4 days while the apartment above us was leaking. Our wall and carpet had water damage due to it and all maintenance did was vacuum so the carpet smells. Ac flow is bad. All they told us to do is close some vents. Vent also randomly fell out and when we requested maintenance, they had been fired AGAIN. Also had to request some documentation from the office for another apt, and for the 4th... time the leasing office manager was replaced in a span of one year. They never transition smoothly and also loose documents or just do not update tenants. Do not stay here.

Great place to live
MOVED HERE FROM PA AND I LOVE IT. VERY QUITE, GRONDS WELL KEPT, STAFF IS AWESOME. APARTMENTS ARE WELL MAINTAINED,AND CLEAN. GLAD WE CHOSE THIS COMPLEX. TINA STARK
