People outside all the time, they have shootings, when you report something going on, just know nothing is going to be done about it….they jack the rent up without any renovation; only the new tenants get a renovated apartment to sucker them in…do not move your family here!

Horrible
The office staff and maintenance ignore you request, I am so ready to move. My sink has been leaking for the almost two years that I’ve lived here. I would NEVER recommend!

No.. Just no.
Ready to move-in apartment was disgusting. Ashes and debris in the kitchen sink. Debris in the bath tub. Refused to sign the lease. Still waiting (30+ days so far) for a return of my deposit.)

Worst place to LIVE. Staff are unprofessional they have people to watch you and to be messy. They make up ridiculous lies for no reason. Maintenance are poorly and noisy.

Horrible
Eastdale Apartments is horrible. The staff in the office do not care. The maintenance workers are nosey and do not know when to back off. A friend of mine had a problem with one of the maintenance men when we lived there. The people in the office lie about things. Just awful.
