I have been living here for several months and this is one of the worst apartments in Montgomery. The ladies that work in the office are very lazy they don’t answer calls or help you when need. Maintenance does not come I have 4 work orders in since July and no one has came to fix anything. The pool and gym were supposed to be open in the summer but it is December and neither are open. There is a very bad roach problem. They say exterminators are included in rent but None have came even when... I’ve called about it several times. They shut off the water always every single day. The doors on the front of the buildings don’t close so the hallways are very dirty and filled with dead and alive bugs. When I first moved here there wasn’t a light in the hallway and I put a work order in and no one came to fix it so I had to myself. This property has done a complete turn around . The staff offers events for the residents , we finally have the fitness center opened 24 hours. The price is worth the unit size .

I would recommend it because it is not that expensive and its a pretty okay environment.

Although some of the features in the apartment need work, overall it is great neighborhood and comfortable living
