Good luck getting any kind of notice for when they turn water on and off for maintenance, the pool is NEVER open and they cant even get it to pass inspection, they decide when the washers and dryers are open and theyve closed the laundry room in the middle of people washing several times, had to wait to go get my clothes, and there's gun violence almost every night.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible!!!! Do not be enticed by lower rents as compared to other complexes. They raise the rent every year, however they don't update or even do basic maintenance for that matter. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere

They alright they need to to do better with communication and need to be more understanding with the Tenants

My power was on and off ALWAYS and it wasn’t because of Alabama Power. Their breakers were always having an issue in the town house. They didn’t want to cover my food in my fridge. They NEVER show up to fix anything in the home. It’s a waste of money, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

This apartment complex is a great place to live , at first I was skeptical because of the area but don’t let that fool you , nothing bad happens out here , it’s friendly & the staff are very nice , I applied & got move in within 2 weeks . Dina and Lauren respond at your request , it’s a great place to live and very affordable!!!
