My move in experience has been very pleasant from the staff all the friendly neighbors which makes me very happy to know I choose the best place to live. My apartment is so cozy and perfect for me.

We recently moved into this apartment community, and overall the experience has been positive so far. The property is well maintained, and the apartment layouts are modern and comfortable. The move-in process was a little tiring, but the staff was helpful and responsive when we had questions. The community feels quiet and safe, and we especially appreciate the amenities and overall atmosphere. Like most apartments, there are a few minor things that could improve, such as quicker maintenance... turnaround times or better parking availability during busy hours, but nothing major so far. Overall, it has been a good experience, and we are excited to settle into our new home.

I absolutely love be a resident at The Waters! It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. They have events every month and a points reward system that can be used for anything!
