I have had such an amazing experience here at the Waters! It’s very clean and very quiet! The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well! I would recommend these apartments.

The apartments are nice. But compared to the staff, to the staff they are a dump.
This is my 5th apartment ever and words cannot describe for above and beyond this staff goes to ensure we are happy and feel at home. Even if the apartments were not nice, I’d still live here just to work with the office staff.
Huge plus the apartments are BEAUTIFUL

Move in was very simple, and it was great coming into a brand new apartment. They currently have some fantastic deals going on for their three bedrooms. Everyone I've interacted with in the office has been extremely welcoming and accommodating. Sasha and Carmen are the best.

The Waters is a beautiful property and the staff is so wonderful. They made the moving process smooth and easy! I love the new finishings of the unit and everything is very well lit which makes things feel safe.
