This place is a joke your apartment will get burglarized and weird people walk around all day looking in your car to see what they can steal.

The ne management is awesome
They care about the tenants. They've put onnew roofs on all the buildings, theyve pressure washed and painted all the buildings and in the process of remodeling the apartments. Finaly!!! Someone who cares.

The buildings need to be power washed. They is always trash thrown on the grounds after the maintenance cleans it up every day. I will never understand why people would choose to throw their trash on the ground and it’s a dumpster near by. Upstairs neighbors keep up a lot of noise. I can hear EVERYTHING they do. My bathroom is a disaster and it’s been like that since the day I moved in back in October 2018 and I was told constantly it will be fixed and still to this day it has not. It’s mold... around my tub and on my ceiling in which they just came and painted over and you can still see it. My toilet is not leveled on the floor properly. Around my tub I can see behind the wall bc it’s coming apart. In my kitchen a cabinet door fell off and it still hasn’t been fixed. And there is an electrical outlet on the wall that needs to be fixed and they haven’t fixed it. And yes I’ve told them multiple times about the same things and nothing has been done about it. These apartments are in desperate need of some major renovations because the price of rent and the apartment does not match meaning we’re paying way to much not to have updated features/amenities. I'm just going to make a list to help anyone out who may be looking to move here don't do it you will regret it.
1. The appliances are very old
2. The landlord is incompetent and her assistant just never has a clue.
3. They tow their residents cars and visitors if you don't have a permit that they never tell anyone about until your car is towed.
4.I can tell my ceiling has mold that was painted over.
5. I hope somebody steps in and requires these people to remodel this mess.

It has been a about 3 r 4 weeks that I have been complaining about the air conditioner.They sent someone out whom said that it is fix, but a week later I had to call back because it isn't working.The maintenance man down to fix it again ,he said that he need another part for the air conditioner ,that was almost a week ago . Nothing has been done and I am still using box fan to try and keep the Apt cool.It is a shame that people has to go through stuff like this where you are paying rent.Land...
