I've been with Hunters Pointe apartment for over a year now. The accommodations is nice. I am in a one bedroom apartment and the square footage is very spacious and accommodating. The staff from the apartment management to the superintendents are very hospitable.Goes out of their way to make sure that you're safe comfortable.And whenever problems arise, they are right on it within twenty four hours or less. As they say they want you to make this your home. Therefore, they allow you to decorate.... However, you want on the inside as long as whenever you move from the premises, that it goes back to the way it was whenever you first moved in.

Does scenery the location?The design of the apartment complex allows me to feel that i'm actually located in a nice resort. The premises has a nice swimming pool and waiting pool. It has a dog area to allow your dogs to run. Free has a small playground for small children to enjoy themselves. Has a twenty four hour laundry area, the machines and washers are affordable.If you're in one of the units that does not have a washer or dryer hookup. It is walking distance to the Walmart neighborhood grocery on cottage. Hill road. It is also walking distance to a Circle K and a Dollar General. And in anytime fitness, that is located at Hillcrest and gerby. Anybody moving to mobile alabama or changing locations within the city or county.I would recommend these departments to anyone.They're clean, they are well kept. Maintenance is horrible. Lots of drug activity. No-one cares about anything. The pool is nasty. Office staff is nice but again they don’t fix things up. The water bills are ridiculous. Keep looking there is a better place.

So pleased! Every community in Mobile was on a waiting list at the time I applied for an apartment. Hunter's Pointe had the earliest availability, and Lauren in the office was so patient with me while I waited on a unit. I moved into the apartment sight unseen from Mississippi, and I can say it's been nothing but pleasant since I arrived. Lease signing was simple and quick, the apartment is clean and cute and QUIET. I have lived here almost 3 years and haven't had any problems. It's a great place to live with great staff. The prices are reasonable and I think you will love living here.

It is quiet and calm here, I enjoy living here very much. The maintenance are friendly and the office staff is great! We’ve been here for awhile now and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to call home.
