They put in a lot of effort to keep everything clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the location is super convenient. I’m really happy living here!

First of all those are the fakest photo shopped pictures of the outside I e ever seen. That gate has never been shut or operational. There's no wifi, or none the tenants have access to. Theres bo working water in the laundry room, meaning you can't wash clothes. No maintenance, no staff in the office. No access to the fitness center. A lot of apt. Have no A/C, no hot water, boarded up windows.

I would give ten stars if I could I love living here.i moved here from Baldwin county and time I have a problem or need maintenance Lashawn and her maintenance were very helpful and friendly and fast. I feel safe and love every second of living here. I lived in many different apartments and this is by far the best service one I have ever lived in and I highly appreciate you Ms Johnson

Since Wakefield has been remolded I must say I love it here! Everything is new an up to date in the apartment. The landlord is always available when you need her and accompanys all of your needs. If you’re looking for a new, quiet, a nice friendly neighborhood don’t hesistate to put in your app at Wakefield.
