I moved into Fox Valley on 25 October 2025. Everything from the tour to the application process to the information I was given was smooth and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet. I have already met my neighbors. Everyone seems friendly. So far, I am really enjoying my experience.

Nice, quiet and good price. Only downside is the cigarette and Marijuana smell.

If I could rate this place no stars I would. I'm never the one to complain because I completely understand people got stuff going on and whatnot but the management here is absolutely TERRIBLE! They ignore all service requests and refuse to do anything about the major ROACH issue they have! While the community is nice and quiet, the management is the down fall. Even for the price I don't suggest you move in unless you would like to throw everything you own away because of bugs. It constantly... smells like sewage as well and I'm not sure while but I feel like that can't be healthy. The apartments are literally falling apart and the appliances havent been updated in decades.
