We have had only positive experiences since moving in, which is a reflection of the significant effort invested by a very devoted property staff. Marcus and Musick have provided swift and thorough help whenever needed, and Laurel has consistently exceeded expectations in maintenance issues. The property is immaculately maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the evenings are quiet and peaceful. We could not have made a better choice!

Love it!

Reactive maintenance
We moved into these apartments and had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly. We made a request and in the same day the request for maintenance was fulfilled and fridge fixed.
A few days later, we had issues with the air-conditioning not working properly. The request was made on a Sunday evening for fixing it. It was fixed by Monday early morning.
We are super happy with how fast and kind the staff are when issues arise. It is nice to know that the maintenance is so quick to... respond.

Great tour!
Very nice apartments in a very nice area! The staff is amazing. Music gave me a very in depth tour showing my all the amenities and everything I could look forward to when becoming a resident!

Walking Distance to Starbucks!
This is the most wonderful apartment complex. Living here means you are within walking distance from Starbucks, nail salons and a variety of dining options. They have excellent amenities that they are always adding on to. The pool area is absolute heaven. It’s never too crowded, there is a plethora of seating options and they recently added 2 more grills and a pergola which is great. Jacob and Laurel are fantastic at maintenance and keep the pool pristine and complete work orders very quickly.... Marcus and Music in the leasing office are so friendly and helpful anytime I have a question. You are also within walking distance of the Trash Pandas stadium. If you purchase your tickets online, you can use the back entrance which is really close to the apartments. This also eliminates having to pay for parking. Overall, this place is wonderful.
