Take this as the truth from someone who has lived here for a long time.
Through the years, the turn over for having managers on the property has been ridiculous. The lastest manager does not even live on this property, she lives at the other property. When I moved into my apartment, over 8 yrs ago, the window pain was cracked, the carpet was old, and had cigarette burns, and iron burns on the carpet and holes in the walls, that had to be repaired and faucets coming apart from the tubs. To this very day Oct, 2020, I still have the same carpet, faucets issues. Air... flows through the windows. They have mold issues. They have Only upgraded appliances for the last two years, but Only if you are a new resident moving in. Cracks are every where letting Cold air in. They slap paint on water damage only. And the grounds are Not well kept.

Thanks for the review and we apologize you are having maintenance issues in your home. Our upgraded units with new appliances are at market rents pricing of $950-2bedroom and $1,150-3bedroom.
