Roach problems and the company they use don't spray these apartments that good and the rent is to high

I have only lived here since Sept. 2017 but I have to say it is quiet, neighbors are quiet and respectful. The office manager Nicole is great! She is also cheerful and Jan is awesome!! I love my apartment!!!!
