Wonderful Community
I love living at The Reserve The team in the office is always helpful and friendly. The new maintenance team is on top of it. The weight room is my favorite amenity, its like no other.

Spacious Floorplans
It's one of the few affordable properties in town that has spacious bedrooms and walk in closets. It's like budget-friendly boujie!

Nice Community in a great area
I can honestly say the old Rime Village which is now Reserve at Research Park, has definitely turned things around. From the pleasant fresh office atmosphere to the agents that were all helpful and knowledgeable on the area and floor plans. The upgrades were really nice in the apartments. What I liked the most were the granite countertops and spacious closets! They currently have great move-in specials and I’m definitely thinking about leasing here.

Great Staff
I've lived here since 2023 and this new staff they have is the best we've had since I've been here. They're all helpful and friendly and the new maintenance really takes care of your issues fast! Had an issue with my dishwasher and they came out and fixed it the next day!
