REAL REVIEW FROM REAL TENANT
My grandmothers AC has been out for a week and they refuse to fix it with a heat index of 105degrees today. I moved her back in with me in the meantime, however I still have to make unjustified payments for rent. Conditions are not liveable!

I am so sorry to hear that! We have just taken over the management here and are working hard to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible. Former management was not taking care of the residents, so they were let go. New Management means better... conditions!!

Safe, clean, professional, and well priced
I toured the apartment and was impressed the clean apartments, the helpful leasing staff, and the cost for the studios. Perfect sized and very competitive cost for the apartments the area. The apartment manager said I can go into the office to talk about anything I need, and I believe her!
