I have loved my time at metronome so far! The staff are very helpful and kind - they really go above and beyond. The communal spaces are very well kept and enjoyable.

The MidCity community may be transitioning, but I believe right now is when the true MC experience begins. Metronome is full of great amenities, warm aesthetics, close to everything, and affordable for the luxury apartment experience.

The apartment is pretty quiet and the amenities are lovely. Our dogs are loving all the dog friendly locations in the complex and the easy walkability. Everything we could possibly want are a few minutes walk away and we are loving it! The front office staff are also very receptive and communicate well. Very happy with our time here so far!

I've lived at Metronome for almost a year and a half and I've enjoyed my entire time here. The management and front desk are responsive and helpful, the maintenance staff work hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly, and there's a lot of fun places in the area to visit and eat. The area around Metronome is also being built up a lot, with a pond and walking trail recently getting added and even more restaurants popping up. The one downside is some of the residents don't treat Metronome... with the same care and respect as management and maintenance, so things like the parking garage gate sensor gets knocked down fairly consistently or people don't clean up after their pets. I’ve been at the Metronome for almost 1.5 years, and I love it! They have competitive prices and amenities, beautiful units, and the location is perfect.
Good apartment management is hard to come by, but both the management and maintenance staff here are professional, friendly, and respectful of my privacy. They go beyond what’s required to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and welcome.
