Please be mindful when moving here. I been living here for over 6 years nothing has change but price increases. Don’t have enough staff to keep apartment maintenance up to par. Will place notice on door about rules but don’t have places for kids to play. Playground is run down and the pool is never open during summer hours. Staff is rude and place work orders off for months because of no help with maintenance. Your decision is yours when moving here just be ready for the unprofessionalism as a... company.MONEY HUNGRY and no the apartments are not upgraded they just change the colors of appliances. And they do not care because they sold the apartments to another property.

Great Choice
Garden Cove is great place to live,awesome caring staff from office to maintenance,property is in top condition in out surroundings. Excellent location close to the happening downtown,Governors,Madison,Mid City. If your reading this don't hesitate check Garden Cove out you'll be pleased. PS... cool activities for the youth kids during the summer and the start of school
