On May 5th I moved out of my apartment on Sugar Mill Circ. I lived in apartment 12000 apartment letter C. We called about our deposit and were told it would be sent within 3 months. It is about to be September and still nothing. No call, no update, no nothing. I have tried to be as kind as possible when asking about my deposit. I am aware of any fees taken out but I shouldn't have to wait without no updates. I should have known from the beginning not to get this apartment. The day I received my... keys, the person who was sent out there to give me the keys didn't know what she was doing. She didn't even know what key went to the door and that was a red flag that I ignored. Soon as I entered the apartment there was a jug of tea sitting in the living room. I have no idea who tea that was at all. The apartment was half cleaned, there was trash behind the fridge and stove. Capri sun paper was all back there as well as dead roaches. On the ceiling, there were water spots everywhere. I had to clean up top to bottom. We've had numerous ceiling leaks and also water behind the bathroom wall. The carpet in the bedroom had all types of stains and I was told by the lady that she could request to get it cleaned and yeah that didn't happen at all. Yes, they do respond very quickly on issues and Shaun is amazing and does what he can. Those leaks were horrible, the ceiling in the bathroom above the tub started to gain black mold due to water just sitting there. Nothing was really done about the water behind the wall because I guess the owner at the time did not want to get behind that wall. The roaches were HORRIBLE!
