Maintenance theft
On call maintenance man goes by Deangelo comes in your home while you’re gone and steals like we won’t notice and they don’t come fix anything

Amazing & respectful staff
Every concern & question I had the office manager didn’t hesitate to answer those questions! The unit was beautifully renovated besides the vertical blinds I don’t like, but that’s just a preference!

87 degrees apartment with no AC
We have been without air for 3 months. We have sent SEVERAL maintenance requests and emails. All of the maintenance requests get closed out saying that they are completed when maintenance came to our apartment ONCE to give us a SMALL AC unit that doesn't even cool off half of our apartment. We have lived here for 2 years now. Ever since the management change the maintenance has been HORRIBLE!
