I have been reaching out to the property management for 3 going on 4 months about my air being fixed. I have not gotten a resolution YET. The "maintenance crew" came by to tell us after numerous of calls that they have to "find the part" that's needed to fix the AC unit. They still have not fixed it which has caused not only leakage and gnats but now there is MRI and the roof is falling down. I have made many attempts to get this fixed and I have been getting nothing but the run around. Make... Hills at Hoover your LAST resort!

Horrible, Run as fast as you can
It is awful and the people in the leasing office are awful, rude, and mean. You can't get things fixed. Also, the manager at the leasing office is awful with poor customer service. They need to clean house and start new. There was shooting and they sent out any kind of notification or letters addressing the matter, even though some of us were there. They add on extra fees and charges and claim that they don't have recollection of things. Never in a good mood at all. They are just... horrible. This is the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't advice anyone to come and stay here. Apartment building had rat problems and it took forever for them to come out and even try to fix the problem. The maintenance ride around on the carts and are at the gas station next door. Like really, who is running this business. DO NOT MOVE HERE. . RUN as fast as you can..
