I have lived at Chastaine Park for 16 years. It is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. Property manager is very personable and will do everything in his power to keep you happy with your home. Great place to live or I would have moved!

Currently living here and my experience has been pretty amazing. I've had no serious issues and when I need some service requests done I am immediately helped by the staff! The property is well kept and I very much enjoy living here!

I have lived at Chastain Park for 13 years. That in itself should be a testimony to how much I enjoy it there. I have gotten to know the owners and they are like family to me. The maintenance man is very kind and is always willing to help or fix whatever is needed. He always takes time to speak to you and get to know you. I have two vehicles and always have a place to park. There’s not a lot of noise in here from neighbors. There is not a lot of through traffic because it is a circle. Feel... safe here.

You get what you pay for. Management is very rude and often speak down to residents. I have spoken with other residents and they also have this problem. Tubs leak constantly- maintenance does not want to fix anything as said above. Washer and dryers in the laundry room are terrible and have messed up my clothing on many occasions. Parking is an issue- get ready to walk. I would never live here if I had to do it all over again. I can't wait to move out. Get ready to deal with rats, roaches and... snobs when you live here. It's unbelievable they are still in businesses. NOTHING has been updated since building this craphole.

This complex is ok. I have lived here for a short time. I suggest you speak with residents before you move into these. While most apartment complexes will spray for pests on a regular basis. This complex never sprays. Unfortunately, this led to a major rodent problem. I had roaches in my kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I even had a roach in my bed. Needless to say I want out.
The other problem is they don't really want to fix anything. This complex has to be at least 30 years old. The... sink leaks. The tub leaks. The air conditioning unit leaves a very large opening in a bedroom, it's quite dangerous. Although they look nice and clean, there are major problems. Be careful.
