I would not recommend this place to anyone. They lure you in with specials, knowing their criteria is built for a fairytale. Then once you contact them about receiving you fees back, they brush you off for 3 months. Call after call, you are just fed empty promises. One minute you will get a credit towards the payment method you use, next minute it’s a check, then next thing you know it’s a “Oh I really don’t know”. If they handle the application process like this, I can only imagine how they... address maintenance issues. THEN, we asked just to receive cash, since they don’t issue tracking numbers for checks .. I was told that they don’t have cash. When I asked what time they close to handle face to face I was told “It’s not going to do you any good to come up here”

Great space for a 3 bedroom, perfect for a home office along with a guest room. The attached garage is big enough for a large car and never have to worry about the elements. Looking forward to moving in
