Management is never here, doesn't answer phones or respond to email.
They are charging way over the average price per square foot (it's 0.92 and they want 1.2-1.4). Should have heeded the other review as the place is CRAWLING with black mold. Floors are soft and cave in.
The way the building is designed, the attic and underneath the complex is connected to the house so you it's impossible to keep cool, it's extremely humid and spiders. mice and rats get into the apartment.
They blame... structural issues on you and keep your deposit. There are no amenities, no dishwasher, and barely enough space to survive.
KEEP LOOKING. You'd be better off in a trailer, RV or a car.
