I have lived in these apts for 5 years. Don’t be fooled by the rent, I am on a lease (have never not paid rent) and have received several letters either telling me my lease is about to end and the rent is going up (a different dollar amount on every letter) or that I have a month to get out of the apt. I have had a hole in my ceiling from a leak for years and they just paint over it, not to mention the other maintenance issues they refuse to fix. This company is heavily contributing to the rent... crisis and are horrible to deal with. Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from.
