I absolutely love my apartment. The location is great, the layout is very spacious with a huge kitchen. The management team is excellent, I rarely have any issues but when I do they’re quick to respond and the maintenance team is quick and responsive as well. I never had any issues with parking or loud noise unlike other places I’ve lived. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly and convenient place to call home then Rockwell Place is the perfect choice.

I've lived at this complex long enough to witness repeated and concerning signs of unfair treatment from the property management. Certain renters are allowed to ride four-wheelers around the complex, creating constant noise disturbances and safety issues, while others are expected to follow stricter rules. There’s clearly a double standard in how rules are enforced.
On top of that, management has allowed a large commercial box truck to take up multiple parking spaces daily, despite the already... poor and overcrowded parking situation. It's an ongoing issue that they seem unwilling to address.
There’s also a severe lack of upkeep and maintenance across the property. It’s clear the management is understaffed and overwhelmed — or simply doesn’t care. Repeated concerns brought to their attention are often ignored or brushed aside with little to no follow-up.
Another red flag is the hidden fees that were introduced after the lease was signed. Charges appeared in statements that were never clearly outlined in the lease, and management offers vague or evasive explanations when asked. I strongly encourage anyone considering this complex to thoroughly review every document and ask questions before signing.
To make matters worse, there’s a serious pest problem, including snakes and large spiders in and around the buildings. Despite multiple reports, the issue was never treated with urgency or proper response. This creates both a health and safety risk for residents, especially those with children or pets.
These issues are a direct result of the property management.
I have chosen to remain anonymous to prevent any further discrimination or targeting from the property manager.

We were genuinely surprised to read your review, as it doesn’t reflect the kind of service and community we work hard to provide at Rockwell Place. Our team takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, well-kept environment where policies are applied... fairly and consistently. No one resident is treated differently than another. Whenever a concern is raised, whether it’s about vehicles, noise, or community rules, we address it in line with the lease and our guidelines.
We also know that things like parking and pest control play a big role in day-to-day comfort, and we take those concerns seriously. That’s why we work closely with our vendors and maintenance team to keep issues resolved as quickly as possible.
When it comes to fees, we want to be as transparent as possible. If any resident has a question about their lease or charges, we’re always happy to sit down and go over the details together. Unlike many communities, we don’t add on extra monthly fees. Utilities are paid directly to providers. Any additional costs would only come from damages caused by a resident or a late fee if rent isn’t paid on time.
We encourage residents to reach out to us directly when concerns come up so we can document and resolve them quickly. Open communication is the best way to make sure issues don’t linger.
