This place is a complete joke, they have a million rules, which vary depending on who you are. Items were stolen out of my truck my first year staying there. They have no surveillance in the entire complex. The complex is covered in mold and mildew. The manager lady doesn’t follow rules but wants the tenants to walk a thin line. She had a issue with me washing my car but has someone come to the complex to wash hers. I’m a honest guy y’all and you don’t want to stay here trust me??

0 STARS. But it said I had to give it at least one.
Don't move here. It's a cheap place to live, but the people in the office are absolutely rude and it would do everyone best to spend a little bit more money to live in a place with friendly people. They do not care about you or your well being. Also, it takes them forever to fix anything. It took them 3 months to fix a something and we asked them almost every day to get it done. I repeat, do not move here. Live somewhere where people care about you. Not just themselves.

My apartment was built in the 70's but it is a relatively nice place to live. Friendly neighbors and family oriented as well.
