I love living here! There is lots of outdoor space and the community is very private. The mail system is good and I have never had an issues with packages being delivered. Management has good communication and is very quick to respond and take care of any issues.

Quite Country living in the city
I moved to this property in June of 2017 and one of my favorite things about it is how convenient it is to local shops and restaurants. The apartments and grounds are well kept and always look amazing. I’ve never had to wait for any repairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a safe neighborhood and very quiet to be located “in town”.

Great place to live!!
My fiancé and I love it at Dothan Farms! It’s super quiet and convenient! The area is safe and feels like you’re out of the busy area of Dothan while being minutes away from your favorite restaurants! Would highly recommend to others!

Amazingly Serene and Well maintained
I have only lived at Dothan Farms for a few months, but I feel like I have been here much longer. Everything is kept so clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. They respond in a timely manner to any needs. I am happy to call Dothan Farms home.!! I highly recommend them..
