This apartment complex is located in a very bad neighborhood. Police sirens and gunshots will be the soundtrack to your life here. The buildings are ROACH INFESTED. “Pest Control” is a maintenance guy with a can of Raid. I can confidently say that I never went one day, in my 2 years of living here, without seeing atleast 10-20 roaches. Water damage from the upstairs neighbors leaking toilet took maintenance 4 months (& a lot of calls to the office) to come and fix. The office staff is extremely... unprofessional and will make you feel like you’re talking to a girl from high school. With how often they change staff, paperwork goes missing and that includes months of rent. 8 inch deep potholes throughout the entire parking lot. Floor is rotting. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Move here at your own risk!! I could go on all day about the negative aspects of moving here.

We have lived here for 2 years now. We love our apartment. It is very spacious, has plenty of storage space, and a large patio. We have only had one noise issue since coming here and it was quickly resolved. We have had small issues with our apartment that were quickly resolved by the wonderful matinence man. My only real complaint has to do with parking. Unless you pay for a covered spot or a garage then it can be tough to find a place to park near your apartment. We have tried to purchase a... spot but all the ones near our apartment are taken. It is not a far walk to where there is parking though. Overall I like the apartments.
