Meh Apartment
While the apartment itself is spacious enough and updated with new appliances and vinyl flooring, you cannot count on H2 (the property owner) to take care of maintenance needs on their end. I have had multiple maintenance requests simply checked off without any real maintenance being done! It has been a disappointing experience; I am going to avoid renting with H2 in the future, and I advise others to do the same.
