The price is good for the location. Management was great at the start of our lease but changed during our lease and it went downhill. Management changed again right before we left and seemed to be better!

Price is over priced for what this property is giving. The rent is decent but the extra charges and add ons is a problem.The workout equipment was broken /not working for weeks. The pool was not ready when they first said it would opened. The key fob had to keep getting reprogrammed. The playground is not updated. The pets on property alot folks do not follow lease rules and pickup poo. Took off work was home all day per email on the pest control / ppl coming in to check since on first floor.... Never came and i emailed the office with no response back. Basketball court they took the hoop down so and thats part of the payment for amenities every month. Great place to live. The apartments are really nice compared to the ones that have been in the area for a while. Neighbors can be really noisy at times but that's part of apartment living sometimes.

Pros:

The apartment layout is nice.

Cons:

Poor office communication.
Office rarely answers the phone unless called repeatedly.
Maintenance/work orders are poorly handled.
Work orders are closed or left without proper updates.
Maintenance does not consistently communicate before entering units.
My dishwasher has been broken for a while and still has not been fully fixed.
Ongoing bug issues, including silverfish, centipedes, gnats, flies, and other pests.
I have spent around $200 trying to... handle pest issues myself.
Tenants are charged monthly for pest control, but pest control does not automatically spray every unit unless requested.
Staff interactions have felt unprofessional and made me question whether concerns are handled fairly.
Parking is a problem.
Fees are excessive for the level of service provided.
Noise complaints are not handled properly.
Loud tenants do not seem to face consequences.
Litter is a constant issue, including cigarettes, glass, plastic, and trash.
Overall, the property feels poorly managed and not worth the price.

Quick responses and maintenance fixes anything in a matter of days ! Super quiet neighborhood. The gym is great and the pool is super nice. Very safe area, minutes away from so many restaurants.
