Great apartment. Definitely has quieted down over the past two years.
Cons: Parking gate is sometimes broken. Carts aren't always accessible. Trash room rules aren't always respected, but always are able to throw trash down the shoot. 4th floor door on 2nd street never closes fully and constantly has a high pitched warning that never seems to get fixed.
Pros: Overall, staff quick to respond to anything you need help with. Maintenance is great. Living close to Publix is such a perk. Amenities... well kept. I re-signed my lease and am probably going to again next year if that tells you anything.

Our new apartment is great. It’s just what we wanted, barge living space, bright kitchen, large screened in balcony and close to everything! We can walk to Publix Starbucks Milo’s etc. I think I will be very happy here!
