Lived here for over a year. Limited to no problems. Quick to fix any maintenance issues. Quiet time almost always respected. Some street racing/club "bosses" noise depending on which street you face. Chose to renew my lease. Super nice being close to Publix and quick bites to eat. Near tons of places downtown and close to the highway. 10-15 mins from the airport.

The location is very convenient near to Publix , Railroad Park , Starbucks , restaurants and an IMAX theatre.
A bit annoying are Race cars making noise during the night. Also the common area needs bit of cleaning especially the carpets.

I like the amenities and the people here. There can sometimes but people that solicit. My rating was also lowered because there is not wipes in the gym area and soap in the gym women bathroom. Other than that I am enjoying my time at 20 midtown. The leasing office ladies are also very sweet.
