Midtown is in an ideal location in downtown Birmingham. The facilities and amenities are excellent. The leasing office staff is very responsive to any concerns residents may have. The maintenance service is very prompt and completes the work request in a very timely fashion. I would recommend to anyone wanting a loft apartment in Birmingham.
