Nice place. Not the best built building but good for a college town. Have had two problems so far but maintenance has responded quickly so far. Nice amenities.

Love Oliv!! The apartment complex is really nice, the apartments are great, the amenities are amazing, there’s a communal kitchen, study rooms, a gym, a courtyard and a rooftop pool that is beautiful and so money, and management has nice little treats from time to time. Even the mail delivery system is great, with a mail slot for letters and papers and a smart package room for packages. The only downside is our apartment was not super clean upon move in, and there was a lot of mold in our washer... and dryer, plus other dirtiness in the bathrooms and on the floors. Amenities and Rooms are very nice. The only reason for a deduction is the residents being messy and rooms not being ready for move in. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The rooms are small but the common living room is very big which makes up for it.

The apartment is perfect, and the management team has been extremely helpful. The amenities are all clean and everything works perfectly in the building

The apartment is very nice. Only problem is lots of mold in the washing machine and we have to get it replaced. Oliv is not very proactive in helping us fix this issue.
