Been a pretty decent place to live for short term. Not a lot of good amenities and feedback from office personnel. Hot tub rarely ever works and pool is only 4ft deep at the most.

The apartment complex is relatively clean, but there are mice in the apartments that they didn't tell me about before I moved in. The move in process was made more difficult by the leasing staff's lack of communication at various stages.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! LOOKS ARE DECEIVING
Please do not live here. You deserve better. Mold. Toilet wouldn't flush. The entire apartment smelt like sewage and water damage when we got here. When we ran the dishwasher there was an ENTIRE onion and black goop in the bottom. We have caught cockroaches living behind our dishwasher many a time. The underneath of our kitchen sink looks like a bottomless pit and it's covered in black "substance." When we asked the maintenance to fix the mold they said it was just black stains (didn't know... stains could live and grow). There was a LIVE wire completely exposed... it took them almost a month to fix it. One of our bathroom cabinets looks like a biology experiment. The best part of living here is the transit system, leaving is the best part of my day. For the first couple weeks I lived here my throat would hurt from all the fumes I breathed in overnight (an experience shared by all my roommates). Additionally the random 4th roommate we got was literally insane. Please save yourself while you can.

Very nice staff and repairmen! My move-in was nice and fun, and I'm happy to make the Hub my home. They also have a nice pool and gym area, they are currently fixing the hot tub so I can't wait for that!
