Looks so good ill call them to get one next year after my vacation trip

There are a lot of floor plans to choose from and the staff definitely works with the tenants. It is rather quiet most of the time and we have had no problems yet. Only problem, there's only one laundry room in each building.

I am in the military along with about half of apartment complex. Jillian Square is a decent place to live, it's right down the highway from Ft. Wanewright. When you sign up for the ptp packet or preferred tenant program there is no down payment and 3% off of your monthly rent. Also if you sign up for a year lease you get free cable. The only thing i would change is for there to be washers and dryers in each room

The apartments are spacious and decently priced for what you get. There are different renter deals occasionally such as free cable for a year or $100 off rent when you sign a year lease which is pretty nice. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The walls are thin but there's a no tolerance noise policy and so the neighbors are quiet.
