To qualify, we ask applicants to make 3 times the amount of rent (net income) with good credit and good rental history. We do credit and background check on each applicant over 18 and have an occupancy limit of 3 in the two bedrooms units. In addition, we do NOT accept housing assistance programs. Residents are responsible for gas and electric.
